Foundations Support Services is hiring a Casual/Temporary Disability Support Worker role in Adelaide, SA. Apply now to be part of our team.

Foundations Support Services is seeking compassionate, reliable support workers to join our growing team. We provide specialised, trauma-informed support to individuals with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) under the NDIS and the wider community.
As a support worker, you’ll help clients with daily living, emotional regulation, community access and capacity building—developing consistency, trust, and independence along the way.
What we’re looking for:
Experience or interest in FASD, neurodiversity, and/or trauma-informed care
First Aid Certificate, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, NOFASD Foundations Certificate, Valid Australian Driver's License
A warm, person-centred approach and strong communication skills
Focus on reliable, routine support sessions aimed at developing long-lasting working relationships with clients and families
