Since 2018, Sproutt’s team of 20 professionals has successfully delivered more than 250 projects for local and state government agencies, as well as private sector clients.
Location: Norwood (City fringe)
As Sproutt continues to grow, a newly created opportunity is available for an experienced Civil Engineer to join the team. You’ll work alongside passionate peers in a collaborative environment, contributing to a diverse range of infrastructure projects spanning road design, stormwater and drainage, pavements, and general urban civil works.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning, analysis, and design of civil engineering projects
- Prepare technical reports, calculations, and design documentation
- Collaborate across disciplines and with external stakeholders to deliver practical, fit-for-purpose solutions
- Ensure quality and consistency across documentation and project deliverables
- Provide input on project coordination and delivery strategy
- A degree in Civil Engineering (accredited by Engineers Australia)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering consultancy
- Strong proficiency in report writing and in person client management
- Proficiency in civil design, with experience in stormwater and/or road design preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience with AutoCAD, 12D, Drains, or similar industry-standard software (advantageous)
