The Position
As Customer Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing, launching, and managing the digital end-to-end lending origination experience for borrowers. You will help shape the future of digital home loans through innovative product strategies that deliver on Tiimely's strategic priorities and those of its partners—always putting customers first.
This role plays a crucial part in collaborating with top-tier Australian brand partners and business stakeholders, driving tangible results for borrowers through product development. As the voice of the customer, you will make a significant impact on how Australians experience lending at Tiimely.
How you will spend your time
- Own the product lifecycle: Manage the borrower experience end-to-end, from ideation and launch to enhancements and feature rollouts, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Shape strategy: Lead the customer product vision and strategy, creating value throughout the lending journey and driving measurable impact for borrowers.
- Define the roadmap: Develop and maintain a borrower-focused product roadmap by leveraging insights into digital trends, customer experience best practices, and market conditions.
- Deliver a world-class experience: Collaborate with partners and the Product Design team to create a seamless and market-leading user experience that supports borrowers throughout their home loan application journey.
- Prioritise effectively: Maintain and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements that align with strategic goals and customer needs.
- Execute with precision: Partner with delivery teams to define, design, build, test, and measure impactful new features and updates.
- Drive innovation: Generate, prioritize, and execute new initiatives to enhance borrower and customer acquisition, balancing inputs from technology, design, operations, legal, risk, and compliance teams.
- Advocate for the customer: Collect and analyse borrower insights from feedback and data, using these insights to influence internal decision-making and champion the borrower’s perspective.
- Leverage fintech expertise: Apply a deep understanding of fintech, digital trends, and customer acquisition to inform innovative product development and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with partners: Work closely with brand partners to enhance their home loan offerings through Tiimely's product roadmap and customer growth initiatives.
What you will bring
- Strong product management experience: Proven experience in a Product Management role with a proven track record of managing product roadmaps across multiple lifecycles.
- Direct-to-consumer expertise: Experience managing consumer-facing products, ideally in financial services or fintech.
- Home lending knowledge: Experience in home lending or origination funnels is highly regarded.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Customer journey expertise: Proven ability to design and deliver compelling customer journeys, ideally in financial services.
- Organisational skills: Ability to juggle multiple initiatives while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Client engagement experience: Background in project management or client liaison within financial services is a bonus.
