About the Role
Kelsian Group Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Group Information Technology team. In this role, you will be a key link between our business units and technical teams—translating business needs into functional, scalable solutions that enable process optimisation, system enhancements, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Assist with data reporting and visualisation to inform key decisions.
- Identify and deliver process improvements that increase efficiency and standardisation.
- Support projects through all stages—from requirements gathering to UAT and implementation.
- Facilitate collaboration between business users, IT teams, and vendors.
- Ensure business readiness and adoption of technology change.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a corporate or enterprise setting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
- Experience in process improvement, workflow optimisation, and project delivery.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., Lucidchart, JIRA, Confluence).
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or similar.
- Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) a bonus.
