ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Warehouse/Supply Chain Operations Trainee and dive into the world of timber production and logistics. You’ll learn all aspects of operations working alongside a large, supportive team and regularly dealing with customers and tradespeople.
18-month or less traineeship – Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (TLI30321).
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and pack timber products for timely customer deliveries
- Organise warehouse stock and assist with rotation and allocation
- Assist with safe handling, storage, and dispatch of timber materials
- Learn the end-to-end supply chain processes of a trade-focused warehouse
- Assist with supply chain operations
- Interact with customers and tradies in a helpful and professional manner
- Support internal sales and logistics teams
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Paid, nationally recognised traineeship (Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations)
- Learn a hands-on trade with strong industry demand
- Great team culture in a busy trade centre environment
- PPE provided
- Full support and mentoring throughout your traineeship
- Opportunity for long term employment as a qualified worker upon completion of traineeship
- Career progression pathways such as:
- Warehouse Supervisor / Manager
- Supply Chain Analyst
- Inventory or Materials Manager
- Logistics Operations
- A strong interest in warehousing, logistics, or the timber/building industry
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Comfortable working in a physical, active environment
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Own transport (P plates are fine)
- Full working and study rights in Australia
