About the Position As an Occupational Therapist within the team, you will support clients in various community settings, presenting a range of complex conditions or dual diagnosis.
Key duties will include but not limited to:
- Conducting assessments and ongoing therapy in various settings
- Managing a diverse caseload of clients across the lifespan
- Working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders & families
- Providing education and support to families where required
- Providing support/mentoring to junior Occupational Therapists
- Collaborating with the wider team to achieve client-centered outcomes
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration - no limitations
- Experience working with clients across the lifespan
- Experience working within various community settings
- Current National Police Clearance & Working with Children Check
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Must have own car and clean drivers license
- Minimum 12 month experience required
