Spare Parts Interpreter - Gepps Cross

We are looking for full time experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join out team at our Gepps Cross branch.

The ideal candidate should possess a keen interest in this chosen field. We pride ourselves in delivering excellent customer service and are looking for a highly motivated and a well-organised individual who takes pride in consistently achieving high levels of customer service.

You will work closely with all Northpoint Departments you will need to be and have the following:

· Highly motivated and well-organized

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Parts industry

· Experience in both Genuine and Non-Genuine parts

· Great Time Management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at all times

· Work as part of a team

· Computer skills in Excel, Word and industry programs for both Genuine and Non-Genuine including
Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC’s)

· Have outstanding communication skills including an excellent telephone manner

· A solid knowledge of motor vehicles

· Hold a current driver's license

As part of your role, it will be expected that you are skilled in:

· Answering inquiries

· Trade Phone calls

· Serving Customers at our Front Counter

· Sourcing & ordering of parts

· Assist the Parts Managers as required

· Ensuring that safe work practices are adhered to
