About the Opportunity:
As the Workforce Planning & Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with the Executive Pharmacy Partner and pharmacists across the business to help coordinate and implement pharmacist recruitment plans and initiatives.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- End to end recruitment including creating job advertisements and posting, phone screening, scheduling and participating in interviews with Pharmacy Managers, reference checks and offer management.
- Attraction and sourcing of candidates to create pipelines of skilled pharmacists to support the Group to meet its objectives.
- Design and delivery of pharmacist recruitment activities, including engaging with universities and intern training programs.
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end Visa process, when required.
- Co-ordination and support of candidates through their onboarding journey whilst ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Creating information reports from varied sources, internal and external, to support the business and recommend data-based improvements and new ways of recruiting talent.
- Build meaningful and effective relationships with pharmacist employees.
- Processing employment changes in the HR system.
- Assist in managing pharmacist rostering requirements, mainly in the event of unexpected absences.
- Supporting the Leadership Team to align expectations and influence positive change across the business.
- Build strong relationships with universities to foster intern training programs.
- Help position the Scaffidi Group as an Employer of Choice in the sector.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in end-to-end Recruitment practices, and providing wider administration support within pharmacy, medical, healthcare would be highly regarded.
- A creative and proactive track record of filling roles and building talent pipelines.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a great customer service mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to work collaboratively with managers and team members.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HR software and the MS Office Suite.
