We are currently seeking an experienced Electrician with leadership capabilities to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Adelaide. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industry sectors including manufacturing, resources, transport, Defence, utilities, and infrastructure.
About the Role:
As a Team Leader within the manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of assigned projects. Working closely with Project Managers, you will help set up jobs on the workshop floor, lead the team through construction and testing phases, and ensure successful project completion.
Your leadership will be key in mentoring the technical team and driving performance across schedule, quality, resourcing, and budget targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of electricians in a manufacturing environment.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and execute workshop activities.
- Oversee construction and testing of electrical panels and low voltage distribution boards.
- Drive team performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
About You:
- Hold a current Australian Electrical Licence.
- Have proven experience in panel manufacturing and workshop-based electrical work.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have unrestricted Australian work rights.
