We’re partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undergoing a major transformation. As part of this journey, we’re looking for two Change Analysts to join a high-performing, supportive change team delivering meaningful impact across the business.
12-month contract

What you’ll be doing:
Working closely with experienced Change Leads, you’ll support the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives by:
Conducting change impact assessments to understand effects on people, processes, and systemsAssisting with stakeholder mapping and engagement planningSupporting the design and delivery of change and communication plansCollaborating with communications and training teams to develop content and rollout sessionsGathering feedback, tracking change readiness, and identifying improvement opportunitiesWhat we’re looking for:
Demonstrated experience in change or transformation projects within large, complex environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesWorking knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, PCI)Exposure to regulated industries such as utilities, mining, or government is highly desirableA proactive mindset with the ability to work across multiple workstreamsThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a values-driven team that is delivering tangible outcomes across a large enterprise.
