Job Forklift Operator / Freight Loader Adelaide, Adelaide

We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators/ Freight Loaders based in our Adelaide Depot at Regency Park

The position involves operating a forklift and loading and unloading general freight. Reporting directly to Yard Supervisor, this role requires good time management, excellent communication skills and the ability to accurately complete paperwork. The working hours are Monday to Friday 7.00 am - 5.00pm, however, additional hours may be required to meet operational requirements.

Ideally, successful applicants will have following:

• Current high risk forklift licence
• Prior experience in transport particularly general freight
• Knowledge of safe work practices
• Ability to work with a team
• Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and Load Restraint legislation
