Job Duty Manager, Adelaide

We currently have an opportunity for a Duty Manager. Join our Health & Education team and play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence. Reporting to Executive Manager, Operations and Performance, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

Please note this is a 6 months max term contract.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Act as the escalation and resolution point for service delivery matters across Soft Services and Hard FM.
• Maintain effective operations and ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with internal service lines and external stakeholders.
• Lead Zero Harm initiatives and ensure compliance with WHS and emergency management processes.
• Support quality improvement through inspections, audits, and SOP updates.
  

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive experience in healthcare support services, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of WHS and emergency management protocols, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders including clinicians, service providers, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead service delivery improvements, manage escalations, and maintain high standards of operational performance.
• A commitment to continuous improvement, quality assurance, and fostering collaborative working relationships across service lines.
