About the Role
The Workforce Quality Compliance Officer contributes to the People and Culture team and broader organisation by ensuring workforce quality and compliance requirements are maintained. This role works as an integral part of the People and Culture team across a range of activities.
Reporting to the Manager People & Culture the Workforce Quality Compliance Officer is responsible for:
Providing timely and accurate reporting in relation to workforce and related quality metrics
Assisting with the development of workforce related systems that continually improve organisational quality, safety and risk management.
Actively follow up workforce quality related non-compliance matters and ensure these are rectified and/or reported in a timely manner.
Act as an administrator for workforce related reporting systems
Provide general advice to managers and employees in relation to workforce quality compliance matters
Assist with the preparation for internal and external audit requirements
Administer and coordinate workforce training activities and assist with employee onboarding
Provide administrative support to the broader People & Culture team.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in human resources and previous experience in a similar role. Experience in Aged Care or Community Service industries would be advantageous. For confidential enquiries, please contact *******@claytonhomes.com.au

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
