Job Supervisor - Nights, Adelaide

The Company

This tier 2 contractor that operates in all state of Austrlaiia and currently has a requirement for a Night shift Supervisor working on T2D. Working closely with Tier 1 contractors and DIT you will be delivering the Utitlity components of these works and are looking for you to run with a project and will be working with experienced engineers and subcontractors to assist with your delivery of the project. You will work with clients that have changed the face of the Australian landscape with their constant and well established investment into creating landmark infrastructure projects.

The Role

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:-

• Overseeing subcontractors and junior members of staff while working closely with the clients to maintain these long standing and established working relationships.
• Coordination & management of subcontractors
• Ensuring that all paperwork is completed on time & submitted accordingly
• Ensure necessary compliance with WHS requirements
• Attend & run site meetings

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working on utility projects on behalf of Road, Tunneling and Rail would be highly advantageous.
• Your experience will be on the early civil works and the preparation for construction of civil infrastructure projects that are located close to the city.
• Qualities in "hands on" leadership and management approach
• Excellent communication and listening to instructions and able to converse with the crew
• Excellent knowledge of program delivery and tracking each project milestone effectively.
